Infinitely fascinated by textile traditions, my work explores making & doing by hand.

As a designer & maker, I am drawn to the capacities and shortcomings of the hand. My practice embraces intricate and alluring workmanship with seemingly imperfect details such as a wonky stitch, a frayed selvedge or an unevenly pigmented color.

Blending historical and social cues with modern simplicity, I create distinct, and delicate one-off artifacts to adorn body and home.

The beauty and fragility of the hand is evident in every piece, revealing the true nature of the Cloth.
